It certainly is not easy to do when you are not seeing results (at least for the first while). Here is what I do: Before I go to sleep at night, I visualize my internet business 2 years into the future with lots of affiliates joing regularly. This gives me a really warm feeling and I then go to sleep. I do this consistently every night. It is now starting to pay off.
